Team Operations and Logistics Leader

Brittany's background lies in education, previously working at the Montessori school STEPS. As an assistant teacher, Brittany had to focus heavily on her planning abilities. She was tasked with preparing and organizing the class's daily activities in accordance with the Montessori method. After STEPS, Brittany moved to Detroit and worked in Detroit Public Schools, where she was an assistant teacher at Charles Wright Academy. Once again putting her organizational skills to work, she helped prepare lesson plans and adapt to a new educational method. Brittany's ability to communicate effectively with other educators as well as young students will allow her to transition into an operations and logistics role. She will be in charge of areas such as team and individual registration, communication with opposing teams, organizing the team's events and ensuring that any necessary logistics are covered.
